A highlight of the interview is when Wolfe is asked, "What makes a good engineer... what are the components, for the lack of a better word, of a good engineer." Wolfe responds strongly, "I would reject that philosophy, and say that anyone could potentially be a good engineer, or good scientist, or mathematician."
